Jim Lawson is an American comic book writer and artist best known for his work on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. Lawson created the Rat King and also co-created the series Planet Racers with Peter Laird. He is also the writer/artist of the black-and white-comic series Paleo: Tales of the Late Cretaceous.
Kevin Nowlan is an American comics artist who works as a penciler, inker, colorist, and letterer. He has been called "one of the few artists who can be called 'artist's artist", a master of the various disciplines of comic production, from "design to draftsmanship to dramatics".


Zach Howard is an Eisner-nominated professional comic book artist who's worked for Marvel, Disney, DC, Image, IDW, and Steve Jackson Games, among others, on titles like Wild Blue Yonder, Shaun of the Dead, Spiderman, X-Men, GI Joe, The Cape, and Batman.
Susanne L. Lambdin is the author of the Dead Hearts series of novels. A "trekkie" at heart, she received a "based in part" screen credit for writing a portion of Star Trek: The Next Generation: Season 4, Episode 76, titled Family. She is passionate about all things science fiction, horror, and high fantasy. Susanne is an expert on the subject of zombies, and is affectionately known by many of her fans as "The Zombie Lady."She lives in Kansas with her family and two dogs.


Kyle Strahm has been a freelance comic book creator since 2006. He’s the co-creator of UNEARTH and SPREAD, both published by Image Comics. He’s had work published by Marvel Comics, DC Entertainment, Heavy Metal, Aftershock, Todd McFarlane Productions, IDW Publishing, Dark Horse, Dynamite, Lion Forge, Valiant Entertainment, Black Mask, and others. As an adjunct professor, Kyle teaches Illustration to seniors at the Kansas City Art Institute.
Scott Drummond is a comic book writer and artist. He has worked on projects for Marvel, Image Comics, IDW Comics, Fantasy Flight Games, and Atomic Mass Games. He is the creator of the superhero webcomic NIGHTSMOKE, and shares his comic creation knowledge on his YouTube channel.


Robert Wilson IV is a comic creator and illustrator living in Oklahoma City. He is the co-creator and artist of Heartthrob at Oni Press with writer Christopher Sebela and colorist Nick Filardi. He is also the artist for Barbaric: The Harvest Blades at Vault Comics, Bitch Planet #3 at Image Comics, and many others.


Ande Parks has worked as a comic book artist and writer for more than three decades. Parks' bold style has garnered him nominations in both the Harvey and Eagle awards. Parks has written three graphic novels for Oni Press: 'Union Station', 'Capote in Kansas' and 'Ciudad'. 'Capote in Kansas' was named a Notable Book by the state of Kansas. Parks developed 'Ciudad' with the Russo Brothers and the book was adapted as a film for Netflix, titled 'Extraction' and starring Chris Hemsworth. Parks has authored the Green Hornet and Lone Ranger franchises for Dynamite, and has written Daredevil for Marvel Comics.
A. R. Redington (formerly A. R. Crebs) was born and raised in Kansas. She attended the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design, where she received a BFA in illustration/children's book specialization. With experience in graphic design, formatting, illustration, editing, publishing, and writing, Redington creates and designs everything for her novels while working freelance on the side. She is the author and illustrator of the sci-fi/fantasy series, The Esoteric Design, Masters of the Ellem (fantasy), Trouble with Mystery (romantic thriller), Whispers from Beyond: 30 Miniature Tales (horror), and "The Trophy" from Predator: Eyes of the Demon. B. Clay Moore has written comic books for virtually every major publisher, including Image Comics, Marvel Comics, DC Comics, WildStorm, Oni Press and Top Cow Productions.
Hawaiian Dick was named by Wizard Magazine one of the top 100 graphic novels published during their lifetime, and Battle Hymn was listed in the book 500 Essential Graphic Novels.
Buster Moody- I'm an artist whose work includes illustration, animation, video editing, beat-making, murals, and more. I'm the artist and co-creator of the underground comic hit TASK FORCE RAD SQUAD, and have drawn for books including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Godzilla in Hell, TMNT Amazing Adventures, Amazing Forest.


Brent Fairchild- I'm an artist who enjoys drawing interesting people. Everyone has a story to tell, so we need illustrations to accompany that story


Clara Meath is a self-employed, independent comic book artist. She was the Valedictorian of SCAD Atlanta where she earned a BFA in comic books in 2016. She has worked for several comic book publishers including Aftershock Comics and IDW, and has successfully Kickstarted two self-published comics.
Ed Bickford- Award winning illustrator and graphic designer. Syndicated cartoonist. Table top RPG illustrator. Scifi and fantasy illustrator and comic book artist.


Hester's pencilling credits include Swamp Thing, Brave New World, Flinch, Ultimate Marvel Team-Up, Clerks: The Lost Scene, The Crow: Waking Nightmares, The Wretch (nominated for the 1997 Eisner Award for Best New Series), Aliens: Purge, and Green Arrow.
John Lucas is an American comic book inker and penciller, whose style has been compared with that of Russ Heath and Jack Kirby. A prolific freelance contributor to both DC and Marvel Comics, Lucas has also produced a great deal of small press work, as well as "Valkyries" for 2000 AD.


Ed Lavallee is a Kansas City based writer and founder of CRASH COMICS www.crashcomx.com. Ed is best known for his colonial horror classic Revere: Revolution in Silver. His most recent work Pop Star Assassin published by Sumerian Comics is available now at https://sumerian.ink/products/pop-star-assassin-vol-1Ed’s previous work includes the high-fantasy adventure series ARCHEON, and EVOLUTION COP with local Kansas City fan-favorite artist, Rudy Garcia. A new Revere series titled Salem’s Plot, and the epic pirate tale, Black Annie are in development for release in 2023.


Damont Jordan is an illustrator and painter from the Kansas City area who has been working in comics since 2000. His incredible work can be seen in the pages of Enigma Machine, Solitary, and the upcoming series The Circus, as well as a number of comic book anthologies to be released in 2016.
